How to resist glycation?

We all know that sugars are essential nutrients for the human body and an important source of life-sustaining activities. So why do we have to be anti-sugar?

 

What is saccharification

Glycation refers to the combination of protein (including collagen) and sugar in the human body, causing the protein to undergo qualitative change, yellowing, brittleness, or even breakage. How to resist glycation

Long-term exercise can improve glucose and lipid metabolism, and it can also effectively reduce and alleviate the glycation reaction and the damage caused by the glycation reaction.
